Energy Savings for Business Program by ERA

Emissions Reduction Alberta recently launched the Energy Savings for Business program on February 1, 2021, focusing on small to mid-size Alberta businesses and non-profits, to improve their efficiency and reduce emissions. This program will help Alberta businesses to reduce emissions, decrease operating costs, become more competitive, all while creating skilled jobs and boosting the economy through supporting local contractors.

Emissions Reduction Alberta Energy Savings for Business Program Details

The program offers up to $250,000 per project and up to $500,000 per company. The program focuses on a wide range of cost-effective, high-efficiency products and on-site energy generation technologies. These include:

Compressed air measures
Refrigeration
Motors and drives
Solar PV
Combined heat and power (CHP)
Lighting systems
Geothermal.
